Printing by Email

Printing by Email

One of the easiest ways to print at the Library is by email.

You can print from your own device, and you don't have to be at the Library - you can be anywhere with an internet connection. Regular printing fees apply.

How to print by email

  • Attach the file that you want to print in a new email message, and send it to one of the email addresses listed below. The address you use depends on where you want to print and whether you want to print in black and white or colour and 1 or 2 sided.
  • You'll need to visit the Print Release Station at the Library (typically a computer located near the printer) within 4 hours.
  • At the Print Release Station, you'll need to enter your email to see your print job - you can preview, print, or delete.
  • Select "print", then pay to finish printing.
  • Please note: You must insert a subject line in the subject field of the email in order to print your files. Users who do not include a subject line in their email will receive an error message alerting that the print by email request has been blocked. If you have received this message, resend the email with the attached files and include a subject line.
