It's important that you let us know if your library card is lost or stolen.

1. Let us know.
It's important that you let us know if your library card is lost or stolen. We want to get you back to borrowing as soon as possible, and help prevent someone else from using your card and creating charges. If your card has been lost or stolen, first notify us by emailing us or calling any of our branches.

2. Request a new card.
Visit any of our locations, or use our online form to apply for a library card. Review the sections "What you need to sign up" and "Request a card" on our Get a Card page, for more information.
