Offer a Library Program

Would you like to offer a Library program or event?

Our community is full of experts, creative minds, and inspiring stories. We love seeing you share your talents with others at the Library.

If you're keen to plan and present an event at one or more of our Libraries, let us know.

Program offers will be reviewed based on our programming guidelines, needs, and Library resources.

How to apply

Complete and save our Online Offer a Program Form, and submit any supporting documents (up to 4 files).

The form requires information about your program plan, including:

  • description
  • Library location(s)
  • partners
  • presenter/host details or bio
  • promotional strategies

While we welcome all submissions, we are unable to respond to or offer all of the programs pitched to us. Please note that only applicants selected to host a program will be contacted by a Library staff member, within 4-6 weeks of receiving a completed application.
