Have you ever watched the Great British Baking Show, opens a new window, only to think to yourself, “How hard could it possibly be?” We asked ourselves the same question, and the reality was... it's harder than expected! As we threw out a batch of cookies that were completely soft on the underside, the wise words of Mary Berry came to mind: “No soggy bottoms!"
